Refund Policy

At Furever Custom, every keepsake is carefully handcrafted to preserve the precious emotional connection between you and your beloved pet.
Our products are divided into two categories:
- Products without a name tag
- Personalized products with a name tag
Because personalized products are specially created for each customer, different refund policies apply depending on the product type.
1. Products Without a Name Tag
For products without a name tag:
Refund requests are accepted before shipment and after delivery.
For reasons unrelated to product quality, customers may request a full refund if the product and packaging remain in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the product has a quality issue, Furever Custom will cover all related shipping costs.
2. Personalized Products With a Name Tag
Products with a name tag are exclusive customized memorial keepsakes created specifically for each customer.
Due to the highly personalized nature of these products, refunds or exchanges are generally not accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Changes in personal preferences
- Subjective differences between expectations and the final product
Please carefully review and confirm all order details before placing your order.
3. Order Cancellation
Because personalized products quickly enter the production process after purchase:
- Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours after payment.
- Once production has started, personalized orders generally cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Banks or payment providers usually require 5–10 business days to complete the refund process.
