What exactly is FurEver Light?
FurEver Light is a DIY keepsake that lets you incorporate a small amount of your pet’s real fur into a heart-shaped keepsake, displayed inside a softly illuminated frame. You create it yourself, with your own hands.
Do I need felting or art experience?
No. FurEver Light is designed for beginners. You do not need previous felting or craft experience. The goal is not perfection — it is the experience of making something meaningful with your own hands.
We’ll also show you how to make your FurEver Light step by step. Simply follow the included tutorial, and you’ll be able to complete your keepsake with ease.
Is FurEver Light only for pets who have passed away?
Not at all. You can create a FurEver Light for a companion who is still beside you today, or for one you continue to carry in your heart.
What kinds of pets can FurEver Light be made for?
FurEver Light is not limited to cats or dogs. If you have a small amount of fur from a beloved companion, the keepsake may be suitable for many different kinds of pets.
Is every FurEver Light handmade?
The keepsake itself is made by you. We prepare the materials and guidance, but the heart that holds your pet’s fur is shaped by your own hands — which is what makes each one personal.

What to know about your pet’s fur, the materials we provide, and creating your FurEver Light at home.
How much fur do I need?
You only need a small amount. We provide base wool fibers for shaping, so you can choose how much of your pet’s fur you would like to incorporate.
Our step-by-step tutorial also includes a suggested amount you can use as a reference.
What kinds of fur work best?
Most clean, dry pet fur can be used. Long, short, soft, or fine fur may behave a little differently while shaping, but FurEver Light does not depend on having one particular type of coat.
What if I only have a very small amount of fur?
That is absolutely okay. We provide base wool fibers to help you shape the heart, so your pet’s fur can be gently mixed with the wool as you create your FurEver Light.
You can decide how much of your pet’s fur you would like to use, or follow the amount suggested in our step-by-step tutorial. Even a small amount can become a meaningful part of your keepsake.
Do I need to send my pet’s fur to you?
No. Your pet’s fur stays with you. FurEver Light is designed so that you can create the keepsake yourself at home — there is no need to mail your pet’s fur to us.
What if my finished heart doesn’t look perfect?
It does not need to. Every pet’s fur is different, and every person shapes the heart a little differently. Small variations are part of what makes your keepsake yours.
Can I make more than one keepsake for the same pet?
Yes. If you have enough saved fur, you may create more than one FurEver Light — for yourself, another family member, or different memories you would like to preserve.
What comes with my FurEver Light?
Your FurEver Light includes base wool fibers for shaping, the illuminated frame, and the materials prepared for the DIY process.
A step-by-step tutorial is also included to guide you through creating your keepsake.
How should I keep my pet’s fur before I’m ready to use it?
Keep the fur clean and completely dry, and store it in a clean, dry container or bag until you are ready to create your keepsake.
Can I use fur from more than one pet?
Yes. If it feels meaningful to you, fur from more than one companion can be incorporated into the same keepsake.
You can decide how you would like to combine their fur with the base wool fibers as you create the heart.

Can I personalize the nameplate?
Yes. A personalized nameplate option is available so your companion’s name can become part of the keepsake.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has entered preparation or personalization, changes may no longer be possible.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders are prepared within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive the available shipping and tracking information.
Where do you ship?
Available shipping destinations and delivery options are shown during checkout.
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
What if my package arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please contact us as soon as possible at services@furevercustom.com with your order number and photos of the package and affected items.
We’ll review the issue and help you with the next step.

Can I return or refund my order?
Return and refund eligibility depends on the order and the reason for the request, particularly for personalized items.

Does every purchase support animal rescue?
Every FurEver Light sold gives back. US$10 from each FurEver Light order is donated to support animal rescue through Animal World Foundation.
